- Conventional Loans—up to 0.50% off the otherwise applicable rate with new Bank relationship. Discount will be determined based on extent of relationship.
- SBA Loans—up to 0.25% off the otherwise applicable rate with new Bank relationship. Discount will be determined based on extent of relationship.2
- No loan closing fee.3
- Conventional Loans—Bank will waive its closing fees.
- SBA Loans—Bank will waive its loan packaging fee. Borrowers will still be required to pay the guarantee fee established by the United States Small Business Administration
